Classes
The majority of our classes and groups at Heaven take place in the Studio, a really lovely multi-purpose space made of stone, glass, slate and timber.
Our Little Angels groups and classes have been selected to offer something for everyone so that parents can begin enjoying group activities with their children from babyhood right through the pre-school years.
There are also opportunities for grown-ups to invest some time in their own well-being, with our Pilates and Yoga classes and other exercise groups. We keep class sizes intimate (6-8) to provide the tutor with time and space to work more intensively with their students, ensuring that you get the most from your experience.
Additionally we run some exciting short-courses and one-off workshops ranging from photography to life-coaching, Bikini Club weight management, to Running Club and Story-Telling, as well as our popular Meditation meetings and Retreats. Some of these make use of the Studio, and others are based in the beautiful upstairs Gallery Lounge.

Our tutors have been selected to work with us because they have outstanding reputations in the local area and are highly qualified, skilled, and experienced in their disciplines.
Bizzy Bodies Mini Gymnastics
With Karen Shaw - Come along to learn how to roll, move, balance and develop the basic skills required to be a gymnast, taught by a gymnast. Great for building self-confidence and social/team-based skills too.
You never know, one day your little one could be an Olympian!
Little Pips and Squeakers
With Katie Stopher - Both of these fabulous classes, aimed at different age groups, involve the lively use of percussion instruments along with rhyme and song to create a hilarious, confidence-building and rewarding musical experience.
Baby Massage
With Katy Williams - This 5-week course provides a wonderful bonding experience for parents and babies and a great way to meet other new parents. Learn how to massage your baby to help alleviate symptoms of colic, constipation, teething pain, to aid sleep and relaxation and to boost the immune system.
Crafty Chef Cookery Workshop
With Karen Colcomb - An exciting cookery class that introduces little ones to the delights of making their own food, exploring a range of ingredients and learning some useful beginners cookery skills. In each session the children will make one hot and one cold item to take home or enjoy here. Yummy!
Diddi Dance
With Jo Swidzinska - Using various dancing games and exercises, bells, hoops and dance ribbons to our own funky pop songs your little one not only improves their rhythm and co-ordination but also social and gross motor skills. We look at different dance styles every half term ranging from salsa and hip hop to country and disco.
Little Movers Dance
With Charlotte Walford of C & C Dance Academy - This fun-filled energetic class introduces movement to music for boys and girls. Children will be dancing, jumping, skipping, hopping and spinning and there's a weekly mime to stretch the imagination all whilst learning the important skills of listening, turn-taking, taking guidance from a teacher, and social sharing. You are most welcome to join in to begin with and as your little ones confidence grows you can sit back and enjoy watching.
Pilates
With Wendy Moore & Shireen Bailey - A body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core or centre and improving coordination and balance.
Mums on the Run Running Club
With Jon Rayner - Differing each week, the classes are designed primarily to improve your running but will also focus on your flexibility, nutrition, core and upper body fitness. Interval, speed and distance sessions over local routes will help you run more efficiently and are a great way to improve overall fitness, lose weight or work towards a specific event such as a 5k or beyond.
Meditation
With Padmapriya Dakini - Would you like to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life? For over two and a half millenium Buddhist meditation has helped many individuals to do exactly this. Open to all with an interest in meditation; call Padmapriya to discuss 07514 281352.
Evening Yoga
With Jackie Dyson - Jackie runs this class independently of Heaven so please contact her directly on 07880 744370 if you'd like more information. (We do of course think she's lovely or she wouldn't be practising here!)
Story Time
With Nic Robinson - Well-loved modern and favourite classic stories come to life with an exciting range of beautiful home-made props. Children are encouraged to join in offering their own ideas in this lovely half-hour session on selected Wednesday afternoons.
